Telematic process Board
The Milan Bar Assocation has always been very conscious of technological innovations and, therefore, it has established a special Commission to examine the development of artificial intelligence and its possible applications to the legislation and the legal process.
This commission also checks the devolpment of computer systems applied to the administration of justice. Its members are qualified law experts on the subject.
